according to d lectural(i aso not very sure wat he talking abt),welding is d process to join to pieces of metal or others together..juz like v c in d factory,some sparkling of fire n lighting will produce...heat is a muz la...n can up to a few thousands degree celcius d..
welding hv 3types la...Shield Metal Arc Welding(SMAW),Oxy-fuel Welding,Gas Metal Arc Welding(GMAW)..
is a exciting n challenge work...it required the accuracy of eys n hands...hand muz not shake,hv to maintain d angle of electrode(60-70degree), distance of electrode and the base metal(1mm-3mm),speed of the electrode move...these thgs are very hard to do la...and hv to withstand in a workshop with no fans n wearing apron which is thick...walao...im sweating b4 i start working..
during d practice,i already fail many times...my hand shake automatically n d lines produce are not nice n bengkak-bengkok le...ai...i juz get 7.5marks only la...charm...many higher than me la...
